Making an Order

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online. We will send you an order acknowledgement by email, detailing the products you have ordered.

Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.

We may refuse to accept an order:

1.    Where goods are not available

2.    Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment

3.    If there has been a pricing or product description error

4.    If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

5.  If your order for personalised products contains content which is threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience.

Pricing

Our prices and delivery charges are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.

Our site contains a large number of products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a product's correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the product to you. If a product's correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the product, or reject your order and notify you that we are rejecting it.

If the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably recognised by you as an error, we do not have to provide the products to you at the incorrect (lower) price.

Payment for all products must be by the payment options available on our website.

You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order products from us, unless any change to those policies or these terms and conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you), or if we notify you of the change to those policies or these terms and conditions before we send you the Dispatch Confirmation (in which case we have the right to assume that you have accepted the change to the terms and conditions, unless you notify us to the contrary within seven working days of receipt by you of the Products).

Discounts

If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.

I received the wrong item

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advice on how to proceed with the return.

Faulty item

If the item you received is faulty, please contact our customer care team within 48hours from the time of accepting the delivery quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advice on how to proceed with the return. If the item is faulty, please return it to us within 30 days of receipt. Refunds cannot be given if the fault is as a result of misuse.

Color

The color of the product you receive may not match the colour as displayed by our website on your computer monitor. Please be aware that if colour is important to you, your order is placed at your own risk.

30 Days Replacement Guarantee:

We dispatch all our products after a strict quality check, still if you find the product to be damaged, defected or different than the original product than kindly give us a call back or email us for the replacement.

All products are covered under our 30 Days Replacement Guarantee. Notify us of any damages or defects within 48 hours of receiving the product, and send the product in the exact resellable condition within 30 days from the date of delivery, and we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost.

Please do not send back any product without speaking to us. For any replacement, damages kindly contact us at info@7stardeal.com  or call us at directly at +91 99888 08666 between 12 P.M to 6 P.M.

Changing a product could be difficult and we apologize for the inconvience, if product is sent back at your own expense we will also pay back the courier charges in shape of redemption points that can be used on your next purchase.

We may not be able to payback for shiping and packaging as all products have different shipping and packaging criteria.

However where applicable we may provide you courier charges as redemption points for your next purchase except heavy and expensive products like Jewellery, furniture paintings etc as these products incur an insurance charges as well. Any return of such products can only be returned after getting it insured else you will be liable for any loss or damage while returning the product.

Registration

Each registration is for a single user only. We do not permit you to share your user name and password with any other person nor with multiple users on a network.

Responsibility for the security of any passwords issued rests with you and if you know or suspect that someone else knows your password, you should contact us immediately.

We may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these terms and conditions.
