RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
30 Days Replacement Guarantee & 30 Days No Queastion Asked Refund Guarantee:
- We dispatch all our products after a strict quality check, still if you find the product to be damaged, defected or different than the original product than kindly give us a call back or email us for the replacement.
- All products are covered under our 30 Days Replacement Guarantee. Notify us of any damages or defects within 48 hours of receiving the product, and send the product in the exact resalable condition within 30 days from the date of delivery, and we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost.
- Returns on the basis of category:
Paintings:
- Returns for Furniture/Paintings category will be accepted only for Damaged/ Defective products or if the product is different than what was ordered.
- Please do not accept any products with damaged/ tampered packaging (excludes normal wear & tear and markings on the outer surface of the package, acceptable in the transit process)
- Products/ Items should be UNUSED
- Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices
- It is advised that all returns should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of goods in transit
- Any products damaged post delivery to customer, shall not be accepted for return
Apparels & Accessories:
- All products are covered under our 30 Days Replacement Guarantee. Notify us of any damages or defects within 48 hours of receiving the product, and send the product in the exact resalable condition within 30 days from the date of delivery, and we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost.
Cancellations:
You can Cancel the product before it is dispatched or before it has been organised as per your requirement in case of custom order. Your money will be refunded as mentioned below.
- Please do not send back any product without speaking to us. For any replacement, damages kindly contact us at info@7stardeal.com or call us at +91 99888 08666 between 12 P.M to 6 P.M.
- We do understand changing a product could be difficult and we apologize for the inconvience, if product is sent back at your own expense we will also pay back the courier charges(except for heavy items like furniture) in shape of redemption points that can be used on your next purchase.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of the product, provided goods are received in acceptable condition, as dispatched from our warehouse. Refund method will be based on the mode of order payment, as follows-
- Orders paid for through credit/debit card will be refunded back to the credit/debit card.
- Orders paid for through net banking accounts will be credited back to the bank account.
- Orders paid for through our gift certificates/vouchers will be refunded in the form of a fresh certificate/voucher of the same value.
- Orders paid for through other modes of payment will be refunded either through an account payee cheque in the customer's name as per the billing information, or an online transfer via NEFT to customer's bank account.
